April 2015 Stamp of the Month Bloghop

Welcome to this month's Stamp of the Month Bloghop featuring, "Typed Note".

I have created a birthday card appropriate for a guy. It was so easy to make. I stamped the vintage typewriter image on White Daisy cardstock using Sunset Ink Pad and stamped the sentiment with Glacier Ink Pad. I used the Sunset colored B&T from the new, Blossom Paper Packet and did second generation stamping in Lagoon Ink of the pointed index finger image to make a different pattern. I stamped the same image with Lagoon Ink Pad in regular stamping on White Daisy. After I fussy cut it out, I attached a bow from Glacier Extra Thick Twine with a mini Glue Dot. The whole image was adhered with 3-D tape. Everything else was attached with EZ Dots tape runner. I applied our blue sequins from a retired WOTG, but our Lagoon Dots would work nicely. The base is 4.25" x 5.5" regular card from our Value Pack of cards and envelopes.

Card Kits for May 2014

Father's Day is on the horizon! I always try to make guy cards at this time. Then I send one to my uncle and save the rest for all the men's birthdays for the summer and fall seasons.

I am excited to send the Happy Camper card to my BFF because she is going "camping" this June. Last year she pitched her tent and then saw all the bees and ants in the campsite. That was it for her; she packed up and rented the one remaining cabin at the resort!!

On another note, I made a "card in a box" which mails in a regular envelope. They are such fun to make and can easily be adapted for any occasion.

Each kit below will come with full assembly directions. You will have precut papers, ribbons, and embellishments to make five cards. I will prestamp for you or you can buy the stamp set(s) used to complete them. Under each card kit are options for purchase.

Card Kits for May 2013

Hey there, Papercrafters! The first round of summer holidays and events are fast approaching!! But do not lose faith, I have just the card kits for you to be ready for the graduations, Father's Day, Fourth of July, and more.

All of my kits are using Close to My Heart papers, stamps, inks and embellishments. In the kits, I include all precut papers, ribbons, and other embellishments. I will prestamp all images if you choose this option. When you decide to buy the stamp set, I include a mini, black, pigment ink pad which is good for about 30 uses.
